“This property was everything and more. Our fur baby loved this trip, there is information about what to do around the area and on the property in a binder inside. This came in handy to locate the trails and amazing waterfall on the grounds. There is a super cute pavilion with outdoor fireplace and fire pit, along with rocking chairs for when the nights start to warm up. Definitely plan on returning. ”

“Everything was perfect about the tiny home with the exception did not have a television. However, as soon as I explained to them that I could only sleep with a television in the background….. they immediately moved me to another home. I have stayed in multiple of their properties and they do an excellent job pretty much covering all the details to ensure a unique experience and creating satisfied customers!”

“Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. “We loved our stay at deer lick falls! It was a nice home away from home. It was nice to have the amenities such as a stove, oven, grill and a washing machine and dryer. We traveled with two children and anyone that knows these are a must! I was however disappointed that the “kids play area” was indeed not in the area we stayed. It was over in the waters edge property which required us to get in the car and go find it. Next time I will stay in the waters edge property if available to be closer by……

“This tiny home had all that was needed for an enjoyable weekend. Loved being right near the trailhead that goes down to the waterfalls. Some of the group even swam below the falls. Being at the rear of the community there's less traffic with people entering and exiting the community, though there's hardly any of that anyway. Great place to stay!”

“This property is newly remodeled and you can feel the love and personal attention given to the remodel. The property history is in the binder for the property. I love the setting at the base of the mountain close to a creek, surrounded by a field of horses, to be very relaxing!! It was close to the caverns for a concert! “My son and I visit Sewanee University and stayed overnight. We loved the stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. It was freezing the night we stayed or we would've enjoyed the firepit...so quiet and peaceful there. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities needed. I honestly hope my son chooses Sewanee for college so that I can take 2 day mini vacation in this tiny home community when I come to visit him. ”
