Disappointing stay
Our recent stay for one week over Easter was disappointing overall. The apartment is darker than shown in the pictures, lot of dark brown furniture especially in main bedroom and the bedding and linen were of very poor quality. Check in meant we had to stop on the way to access a key lockbox in an unmanned office in Fuengirola on the way from the airport. We arrived on Easter Saturday to have just 2 small towels for 2 people for a week. Kitchen utensils not great and overall felt like it was not cleaned properly, dust everywhere etc.No WiFi due to incorrect password being supplied by management company and a TV that does not work even when Wifi eventually connected. No instructions or guidance notes anywhere. The Mgt company do not work weekends except for emergencies so we waited until Tuesday first thing to report the Wifi and towel issue. The confirmed they had supplied wrong code for Wifi and we only received a terrible mix of threadbare towels late on Wednesday evening which we didn't use. The pillows were stained dirty so sent them photos and requested protectors but none were supplied. Mgt company replied only once/twice during day despite several Whatsapp chasers for updates. I would recommend the owner hire a local company to manage the property and deal with issues promptly. I would not recommend this property until they upgrade the bed linen, towels etc. and appoint a more responsive local company to manage and clean it properly.
