We arrived late at night to collect the keys from reception. The receptionist had very limited English, so directions to the apartment were poor, Found it at second attempt. The apartment was clean. We found out that we had a pool bracelet missing when we went to the pool, we contacted Lidia, the agent, and she resolved the issue promptly' . The day before we were due to leave, my wife injured her knee at the apartment and was unable to walk. I spoke to reception, hopeless, not a clue what to do, so I contacted Lidia again. She was great, ordered an ambulance, despite being at home, and kept in touch throughout the hospital process and provided us a wheelchair the following day so that we could "enjoy" our final day and organised a taxi transfer to the airpot. Service that I have never had in all my years visiting Spain. 5 stars to Lidia and her team. The property is ideally situated for the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the Paloma Park.
