"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the mountains. So quiet and peaceful. The food was excellent as was the standard of the room. The staff were very friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay was a perfect one. Our stay was perfect. The pool was an added bonus. Superb. Thanks to all the staff at Molino del Santos, especially Victor. We will return as soon as possible"
