Me han cobrado la noche sin haber llegado al hotel por razones de transporte fuera de voluntad, ademas lo avise a la recepción antes al encontrarme atascado a distancia inalcanzable. Mi sorpresa fue el cargo a mi cuenta de la factura.Me quejo como actitud no cotidiano.

Buenas instalaciones. Buen servicio. Pocos canales en la televisión, con mala calidad de la señal. Una pena que el bar abra solo por la tarde. En general, muy bien, aunque hacía calor en el apartamento. Deberían ir pensando en poner ventiladores.

Nice hotel in gorgeous Benasque, Spain

Really good hotel in beautiful Benasque, Spain. We had a very spacious room with gorgeous views. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and service was great. We do recommend it.

Nos ha encantado y lo hemos recomendado a familiares y amigos. Muy limpio. El empleado que arregló nuestra habitación se llamaba Daniel. Se podían hacer excursiones organizadas desde el hotel. Tuvimos de guía a Ariadna; un encanto!!! Hicimos en grupo dos excursiones muy recomendables. Todo el personal muy amable.

Muy bien con vistas preciosas

No pude disfrutar del hotel como quisiera. Repetiré con calma la estancia ya que me quedé prendada de las instalaciones . El servicio sobretodo el que nos atendió de madrugada un encanto, nada a mejorar por ahora, buena puntuación en todos lod aspectos, espero disfrutarlo en familia la próxima vez.

habitación amplia, todo bastante nuevo, buffete de lujo para un 3 estrellas. La lanzadera a pistas muy rápida. Bastante sitio para aparcar.

Pas de connection internet malgré ce qui est mentionné, soit disant exceptionnel car l'hôtel était complet, mais c'est toujours la même excuse. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 24h. Service de restauration médiocre. Personnel pas très conciliant, nous avons dû menacer de réclamer la feuille de réclamation pour être entendus. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Très belle région

Viaje de ski. El hotel dispone de servicios para esquiadores como guardaesquis y venta de forfaits, con horarios de comidas adecuados. Sin embargo esta situado a mas de 1 km de los remontes y se depende del coche particular (parking de la estacion extenso y gratuito pero en temporada alta ya lleno a las 10 AM) o de la furgoneta de 8 plazas del propio hotel, que normalmente se queda corta y hay que esperar hasta 2-3 viajes de i/v para abordarla.
