「Absolutely fabulous hotel , by far the nicest and cleanest hotel during our 14 night stay in Sri Lanka . Would love to have stayed longer」

「Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, food was some of the best in Sri Lanka. Every detail was just perfect」

「Walking distance to turtle beach and coconut hill. Host is nice and welcoming 」

「There are two properties at the address that share the same photos. Jackie’s and randi’s. Regardless, they are both very nice guest houses with a great team and a fantastic bar. Good rock music and the only place in Mirissa for premier league football 」

「this hotel is budget friendly but not that like regular hotel.」

「Yes」

「What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. Tuk-tuks are easy to find if you want to explore further, but...

「beautiful location with well kept grounds and friendly staff all around 」

「it was great for value! Very friendly staff. Close to the beach and restaurants. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. 」

「Nice and clean」

「The room was spacious, spotless and comfy. The AC was a brand new unit - much appreciated at the height of hot season. The location is faultless for the beach, the breakfast was great but most of all the hosts were really really lovely people.」

「We stayed here for a night & checked out early in the next day for whale watching. Breakfast for taken away was only biscuit and 2 bananas. Location is good and near to beach. Room was comfortable with hot shower. Hotel staffs were nice but poor communication between them. We called the hotel the day before we check-in and asked for an extra room for our driver, the staff told us we could pay a bit more and would arrange it for us. However, when we checked-in in the evening, the reception knew...
