The text message option was not working properly for 2 days and we waited 20 minutes for our car when there were no other cars waiting for valet service. "The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. One thing that justified a lowered rating. The toilette water tank leaked inside and so the water refilled the tank making noise every five minutes waking us up many times the first night. Following my report the next day, the repair man came to fix the problem. The leak was still there and the same noise now occurred less often (about every 30 minutes). I locked the water to stop the noise and turned the water back on the next morning to stop the noise."
