「Good room size for family and pet. But the service is not satisfied. I asked for some tea bags for three times, finally they sent me the tea bags after 15 hours. 」

「Very nice hotel for a really good price. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Checking in was fast and easy and the mgmt upgraded my room to be closer to other family members. I will stay at Cascade Lidge every time I visit the Bend area. Thank you.」

「This property is beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is professional and excellent. I think the walls are quite thin as both nights. I heard the neighboring room talking and laughing quite clearly as well as a lot of thumping around from the floor above, but other than that a fantastic day.」

「This lodging is understated, Pulling up I had low expectations. But wow! The king room with kitchenette was newer, well appointed, quiet, and the bed very comfortable. Staff attentive and friendly. Will stay again!」
