This Historic Bend home is in a prime location for anyone wanting to live like a local! Within walking distance to downtown and The Old Mill District, this is the ideal spot to experience the beautiful city of Bend! It’s an easy drive to the Deschutes River, the many trails and lakes along the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, Mount Bachelor (25 min), and so much more!



 Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor with the bathroom in between the two. The third bedroom is upstairs in the loft area. You will use the staircase ladder to get to your charming room that has an A-frame ceiling with a peak height of 6 feet. This home is absolutely ADORABLE!
