    8 Skyline Condo is a newly remodeled Sunriver retreat with a central location that makes it easy to enjoy the community from morning to evening. Close to the Nature Center, airport, marina, and stables, this comfortable three-bedroom condo offers a convenient home base for families and friends ready to explore Central Oregon.

    Inside, the living space feels warm and inviting, with comfortable furnishings and a cozy fireplace that makes a welcome gathering place after a day outdoors. The beautifully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a relaxed dinner at home.

    Where You'll Sleep
    Main Level
    Bedroom One features a queen bed. A full bathroom is also located on the main level.

    Upstairs
    Bedroom Two features a king bed. Bedroom Three offers a queen bed. A full Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects the upstairs sleeping spaces, adding convenience for families and groups traveling together.

    When you are ready to explore, three adult bikes make it easy to set out along Sunriver's miles of paved pathways and reach nearby attractions at your own pace.

    8 Skyline Condo is a comfortable place to begin and end your Sunriver days, whether your plans include biking, time by the river, a visit to the Nature Center, or simply enjoying an easy evening by the fire.

    AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Our family had a great time during our stay! The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, and shops, which made it really easy to enjoy our time without having to go far. Check-in was smooth, and everything in the unit worked just as expected. We really appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was, yet still so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice property in Sunriver. The location is great. The home was clean and had most of the utensils we needed. The daily rate was fine, but the extra expenses tacked on top make this a fairly expensive rental.

Beautiful, clean, well stocked condo. Excellent location. Excellent communication with management group. Only thing I would change is the 5 pm check in time. Fortunately we were able to get in early but had to text throughout the day to firm up a time and it was difficult to plan our adventures around this process.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. Very well located to the Nature Center/Marina two of the locations we spent a good amount of time at. The only thing I would change would have a better explanation of how the thermostat works. No detailed information was provided. The property management was very helpful though and quick to respond. We would definitely rent again.

Great spot for a family getaway

Wonderful condo and location. We had family staying in a Quelah condo and ended up just across the parking lot from them. Comfortable rooms, represented accurately. My only thing to mention is the instructions by the thermostat suggest opening windows at night to cool down, but the upstairs bedrooms (which were warmer) did not have screens, so we only tried that once.
