Great home - conveniently located!

This home was really nice, conveniently located and well stocked! Not a lot of parking and the thermostat wouldn’t go lower than 70 even though it was in the 90s out. We would rent this home again though because it was located where we needed to be and for the relaxing vibe. Loved how everything in the kitchen was stocked and plenty of towels and linens.

Great stay but some things broken

The house was comfortable and had great spaces for our family of 6. We were disappointed the hot tub was broken with no advanced notification to us. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace, instructions for lighting it or turning it on would be helpful.

A pleasant stay with a few exceptions

Nice house, pleasant location. Minor improvements that would have enhanced my families experience. There were no bike helmets. Bicycles were not in very good shape. Kitchen faucet should be replaced. My wife questioned as to whether the kitchen floor had been mopped. Our kids had a good time at Sunriver.

Good but not great!

Positives, 3 bathrooms and good location. Enjoyed the AC but the upper floor was much warmer than the boottom floors. Fridge door handles were not clean when we arrived and the rug in the main room was not vacumed. Closets very musty and could not hang any clothing. Make sure you look at all the cleaning and additional fees before you book.

A Few Things To Work On

Overall had enough room for the family and was a nice place to stay. Issues - The hot tub was not working when we showed up. They did get it fixed by the next day. The gas fireplace had no instructions for lighting it. Maintenance showed up the next day and light it manually but when we shut it off we could not get it started again. Instructions would have helped but were not available. It says sleeps 8 guests but I don't see how you arrive at 8 guests unless people sleep on the couch. The futon is small and hard. SHARC passes were great but be aware that you can only go in certain time slots and you will have to wait in line a long time. It's not an all day pass. Chain kept coming off of one of the bikes. Weather was great and we enjoyed our stay but would probably look for another place next time due to a few issues.

Not Impressed!!!

When we arrived the floors were dirty, the fireplace door was broken and just sitting on the ground, and a piece of molding under the kitchen counter was sticking out with nails and staples on it. Not good when you have little kids. The floors were cleaned after the first call, but it took 2 additional calls to just get the fireplace working (the fireplace door and molding wasn't ever fixed) and have Mike the manager call back. Potentially more frustrating was each time I called in I learned that no notes had been taken down from our previous calls reporting the same issues, so I had to repeat everything over again. When Mike (the manager) called back he listened and was extremely apologetic. He made sure someone came out to get the fireplace working.

Excellent Accommodation Subjected to Price Inflation

We've enjoyed this vacation home since 2013. Recent improvements in furnishings and floor coverings are greatly appreciated, as are the SHARC passes. However under new management the weekly rental rate has compounded more than 10% a year with diminished amenities (North Pool now open only to owners). Perhaps this is what the market will bear, but regretfully it may seriously impede our desire to return.

Sunriver fun

We loved sunriver and this rental sufficed. The kitchen is well equipped, we just wish the bikes and deck furniture had been in better condition. The SHARC passes were great! Tubes would be an awesome addition to this rental.

Great stay in Sunriver!

The house is clean and spacious, and has everything you need for a vacation. Check in/Check out were easy. The house is located right off a bike pat, and we were able to bike around on the bikes that were provided. In addition to SHARC passes, there is a small pool in the village, which our kids were able to enjoy as well. Overall, we had a great time.

Great house, not so great surroundings

Our first time staying in a home within Sunriver boundaries. Location and house was perfect being near the golf course. Travel with a map of Sunriver as it's very easy to get lost in car and on foot. SHARC was not available, which was a huge disappointment as it was the primary reason we selected this home within Sunriver boundaries for our family reunion - long lines, overcrowded, not enough staff. Some activities were a fail, but we had bicycles, a nearby small pool and hot tub - overall a great home and location.

We stayed here 9 days during the heat of the summer. The great positive of this townhouse is the location right on the golf course with shade trees to the west. It is a lovely spot to sit outside for dinner. There is a small lawn between the patio and the golf course which is ideal for small kids, and the bike path winds around the complex. It truly is a great location. The downside is that the place was not really well maintained when we were there. Lots of annoying things that did not work well. And it was not very clean. Just a few examples, I won't go into an exhaustive list, but the a/c did not work very well upstairs, the fireplace made a loud humming noise even when turned off, four of the six bikes were not rideable, windows were dirty and screens were ripped (mosquitoes), and as other reviewers have mentioned the patio was in poor shape. I rented this place relatively last minute so was thankful there was something in SR for 9 days as availability was extremely limited at the time. I would probably only rent this place again in a pinch.

Great Place for Families

This was a lovely home with everything you need for a family. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and such. I loved how each of the rooms upstairs had their own bathrooms with comfy beds. The downstairs bedroom has bunk beds but it’s the only room downstairs and right next to the front door. I wasn’t comfortable with my little ones by themselves downstairs, but the bedrooms upstairs had plenty of space for them to camp out on the floors. The house sits right across from the golf course, so you have a beautiful view and easy access to the trails.

Great Week

Pet hair in a no pets home.

We rented a house that specified no pets but there was pet hair in many of the spaces. When you sat on the sofa you had dog hair on your clothes. We even found pet hair on a couple of plates in the cupboard. The broom had lots of pet hair on it. My daughter and I had bad allergies due to the pet hair. You should not advertise this house as a no pet house. Also, the house was dusty.

Great location, but house needs some maintenance.

The house is in a quiet corner of Sunriver, next to golf field and trails - best place for walking, and running, and relaxing. Also kitchen is stocked with all that's needed, which is very convenient. But a lot of small things do not properly work in the house: batteries in clocks are all dead, gas fireplace is flacky, shower heads need replacing, and I had to use a plunger once in the master bedroom shower, otherwise it would not drain.

Roomy home

House is on the golf course, so nice green lawn around the home. Large roomy house, a bit dated. Kitchen has plenty of dishware, but not stocked with essentials. Only had salt and pepper. So bring your own “ pantry “ essentials. Hot tub was nice, need two people to open and close the cover, as, the hot tub, is in a tight space. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Sunriver!
