The rooms were quite dirty, and there was no hot water. When I approached the front desk to request a receipt I needed, the lady there became extremely upset. She insisted that I should have already received one since her husband always distributed receipts. I tried to explain that I either didn't receive it or might have misplaced it, but instead of addressing my concern, she started yelling at me, accusing me of calling her husband a liar. This was bewildering, as I was simply asking for a copy of the receipt.
As the situation escalated, she continued to shout at me and demanded my receipt. Eventually, she wrote one out, still screaming at me as I left. This was hands down one of the most unprofessional experiences I've encountered. I paid $186 for an outdated room with no hot water, and to be treated that way was completely unacceptable.
