The entire family will enjoy spending time in the home's main floor living room with its wall of windows, a television, and a lava rock gas fireplace to cozy up beside as snow falls outside. When you're ready to head outdoors, the decks that wrap around three sides of the home are the ideal place to relax in the private hot tub, enjoy a meal together, or simply take in the forest views and Central Oregon weather.

Head up to the upper level and you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, the perfect combo for family dinners and game nights as the stars come out. The upstairs primary bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring new tile flooring, a separate soaker tub and shower, and access to a private balcony. Each bedroom has been refreshed with new ceiling fans for improved lighting and comfort, along with new Roku TVs for easy streaming and entertainment.

When you want to indulge in a bit of fun close to home, Sunriver’s SHARC provides access to a variety of resort-style amenities including a shared pool, lazy river, hot tub, sports courts, and more, all at the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center just two-and-a-half miles down the road. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
