Great house near Mount Bachelor

Great Location

The house was perfect for our golf trip to Bend, close in to downtown and it's restaurants. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay, esspecially the hot tub after a day of golf!

Fantastic home for large Group Bend Gathering

8 High School and College friends gathered for a tool many to count years ski reunion. This home was in a superb location for Mt Bachelor access and dining out in Bend. The hot tub was wonderful for after ski recovery. The whole group can't wait for our next trip to stay again hope we get a chance to stay again.

Wonderful for Family Time

Clean and comfortable!

The house was perfect! Everything it said it was. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was super clean and well maintained. There were no issues while staying in this home. We would definitely stay again.

Everything you could need!

I stayed here with my sister and some friends for a birthday. This house was fully furnished with everything you could imagine from your kitchenware, trash bags, towels, stuff for children if need be and even had a dog bowl with a spare leash and dog poop bags this for bed three bath with a hot tub was the perfect spot for us! Host was prompt and helpful and house was clean and tidy!

Great location

We had a group of 6, Location was great! Had everything we needed, kitchenware, towels. Home is decently clean. Sliding door was a bit confusing but figured it was a push lock kind. Plenty of space for family getaway. No issues with access, neighbors were friendly, 10 pm quiet time which was fine, we just stayed indoors in the evenings. Easily fits 4 cars for parking, garage and driveway. Would stay again.

Bend Birthday Bash

We headed out to Bend for our sons first birthday with grandparents in tow. The home was wonderful, fully equipped kitchen, nice backyard and hot tub! Close to Bachelor and downtown Bend. Alpenglow sure makes traveling with a little one easy with a high chair and other nice touches. Hope to visit Bend again soon!

Blissful in Bend!

We stayed here with friends and our two small children. The neighborhood is picturesque and so peaceful, we enjoyed early morning strolls in the neighborhood and the trail above, with amazing river views! The house was a super quick drive to downtown and great restaurants. The house itself was immaculate and had all the amenities we could need, plus some great backyard games for our 3.5 yo and baby gear for our 8month old (which we did not use because we packed our own, but it was great that it was there!). The hot tub was super clean and so relaxing, with gorgeous views from the backyard. It was so wonderful to stay here, and we look forward to our next visit!

Great location and Good Value

We’ve stayed in Bend many times and love the area. Great location with easy access to everything you could want. Only a couple small issues (a very dirty BBQ and strange dirty pot in the cabinet from previous visitors) no fault with the house itself, just people not being considerate that they are leaving the space for other people. Definitely not enough towels in the house for the ten that can occupy (we were at max occupancy), so bring some extras. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice, neighbors are super friendly. It was overall a great house for my extended family and our dog while we were there.

Rental was just OK

Great location for a home base for a Mt Bachelor ski trip! Not far from the mountain or downtown Bend. Our kids loved the hot tub as well and board games provided by the host. However, the house could use some TLC. Every closet door would fall off the hinge when opening. The upstairs bedroom to the left of the stairs lower hinge has no screws adhering it to the frame and it makes an awful noise when closing. Hot tub towels were stored in an upstairs closet which we didn't realize till the end of the trip. The house is well equipped with pots and pans but they were stored in the pantry necessitating a weeks long amount of groceries being stored across all the counter tops. The dining room table chairs are on the verge of breaking (loose seats, etc). In addition, there was a dirty pair of ladies underwear under the master bedroom bed when we arrived and some dog hair on the comforter and sheets. We've stayed with Alpenglow multiple times and this rental fell below their usual high marks.

Lovely home!

My son, daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren and a friend stayed in this lovely home for 4 days. It could not have been lovelier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very dog and kid friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub after our half marathon in Bend too! It was very well-appointed and we could not have asked for a better place for our family vacation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location

The property was very clean and well kept. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for cooking. We were able to have a family dinner without going out. The back yard was very quiet and serene. The hot tub was perfect! We very much appreciated the welcoming gift! Being able to park in the garage was a lifesaver. Not big enough for the trucks but great for the SUV. The location was great for going downtown and the recreational activities that we wanted to do.

Perfect location

We were in town to see family that lives across the street in Tethrow…. There are walking paths, easy access to Bend, and just a few minutes to Deschutes National Park and the mountain. The house itself is very clean and well stocked with whatever you need in the kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this property, and would stay there again. The house is clean and comfortable, with everything needed for our stay. There was plenty of space, good layout, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all Bend has to offer. Easy to follow directions made for a smooth check in and check out as well.

Relaxing, Large Home

Property was pretty much as advertised. Very comfortable, large and plenty of room for everyone. My friends and I (all 65+ men) wanted a comfortable base for our first trip to the Bend, OR area. This house was perfect for our needs. Four comfortable, spacious bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths gave us plenty of room to spread out when we wanted to. The great room was great for when we wanted to be together. The backyard was very lovely, with a nicely landscaped fenced yard cut into a gently sloping pine-covered hill. Completely private for us to sit around the large table. didn’t try the hot tub or grill, but they are there for those who want them. No interaction with neighbors, but neighborhood was very nice. 5 -15 minutes to about anywhere we wanted to go in Bend. All in all, an excellent experience. Would (maybe will) rent the property again.
