L’appartement correspond exactement à sa description sur le site, notamment le panorama qui s’offre à la vue de la pièce principale. rien à redire, tout était là pour passer une semaine sans problème. La communication avec le propriétaire a toujours été chaleureuse et rapide. Je recommande ce petit appartement dans un bon coin de la Normandie.

Ideal für Mensch und Hund

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit unserem (ruhigem) Hund in der Nachsaison. Die Residenz ist sehr gepflegt, hat einen schönen Außenbereich in dem auch Vierbeiner willkommen sind. Durch den Aufzug im Haus mussten keine Treppen überwunden werden. Das Auto hat seinen festen Stellplatz in der durch ein Tor gesicherten Residenz. (Auto empfohlen) Die Wohnung ist ein Paradies für Reisende. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man theoretisch brauchen könnte. Von Kochutensilien über Nähzeug, Reinigungsmittel, Handtücher, Spiele, Grundnahrungsmittel.... Was wir sehr gut fanden waren zwei wirklich bequeme Sessel plus Sofa, es gab ausreichend Lichtquellen und Steckdosen, es gibt Rollos an den Fenstern, die Dusche war super.....für uns die absolut perfekte Wohnung, in der man auch nicht ständig Angst haben muss, dass unser Hund sich mal wie ein Hund benimmt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist sehr schön - allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Straße durchaus befahren ist. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört und nachts war es ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war toll. Wir haben ihn als sehr freundlichen, verständnisvollen und großzügigen Vermieter erlebt. Die Lage des Appartements ist ein großer Vorteil. Je nach Lust, Wetter und Laune findet man vor Ort bzw. in der Nähe lange Sandstrände, Waldstücke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Trubel und Stille, Kultur und Landschaft, viele attraktive Ausflugsziele - alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wenn alles gut geht, kommen wir wieder!

Que désirer de plus? L'appartement est très beau, confortable, super bien entretenu et équipé, propreté impeccable. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances superbes, famille de 4 personnes plus un animal de compagnie et nous nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit, baie vitrée exposée mer (magnifiques couchers de soleil) et belle terrasse. Tout est absolument conforme à l'annonce. Excellents contacts par messagerie avec M. MASSON, le propriétaire, qui nous a toujours fourni des indications précises sur le séjour, avec en prime des messages de bienvenue et d'au revoir. Merci pour votre gentillesse! Alles was man braucht - tolle Lage - sehr sauber

Trotz eher kühlem Wetter ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Ausgangsposition für Strandspaziergänge Richtung Villers-sur-mer/Caen und Deauville. Durchgängige Busverbindung nach Honfleur und Caen. Sehr sauberes Appartment - alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer! Bien équipé, on se serait cru à la maison, rien ne manquait. C'était un plus de pouvoir venir avec notre chien. Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Die Wohnu g ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Umgebung zu erkunden war einfach,da man überallhin auf kurzen Wegen unterwegs war Zudem hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes im September durchweg schönes Wetter. Abends konnte man vom Balkon die fantastischen Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer beobachten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte auch hervorragend. Gerne wieder

Lage mit schönem Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus und die Wohnung sind könnten einige Renovierungen gebrauchen, war aber aber sonst sauber und ordentlich und für 2 Personen gut. Viele interessante Orte sind in der Nähe, und der Blick aus Meer war immer wieder toll.
