"+ Hôtel bien situé, propre, confortable, extérieur sympa - la qualité des aliments du petit-déjeuner sont très très bas de gammes voir 1er prix ce qui gâche le petit déjeuner dans un cadre sympa ( salle du petit déjeuner ). Les portes qui ne s’ouvrent pas facilement avec les cartes, j’ai vu des avis là dessus avant de réserver et j’ai vécu ce problème. A minuit ce n’est pas drôle de descendre demander d’ouvrir la porte. Et la salle de sport Catastrophique !! À refaire si ils veulent prétendre avoir une salle de sport. + Hotel well located, clean, comfortable, nice exterior - the quality of the breakfast food is very very low range see 1st price which spoils the breakfast in a nice setting (breakfast room). The doors that do not open easily with the cards, I saw notices on it before booking and I experienced this problem. At midnight it's not funny to go down and ask to open the door."

"The location of this property is absolutely beautiful and incredibly convenient, being situated so close to the opera and the science center. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. There was almost no storage or shelf space available for unpacking, meaning I had to live and dress entirely out of my carry-on luggage for the duration of the stay. Additionally, basic comfort items were missing—there was no ice available to enjoy a cold glass of water. It is a great spot if location is your only priority, but the room itself needs better functionality, cleanliness (bathroom) and basic guest amenities."

"The location was central. The room and bathroom were much larger than I expected. I was on the 11th /top floor and had a terrace. The terrace was huge with a great city view. I thought I would use the pool, but the pool area was small and my terrace with a table, 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs felt more spacious. The room furnishings were a little worn, and there were a couple minor maintenance issues, but the staff was helpful. The included breakfast buffet was plentiful with many options. Front desk staff spoke English and everyone was friendly and politely fumbled with me and my Google translator when they didn't speak English. Housekeeping comes late in the day ( 2ish), which maybe was because I was the top floor. The Wifi was strong. It was a working holiday for me, and I spent a lot of time on my laptop at the table, which had sufficient shade on the fabulous terrace. I stuck my head in the gym, thinking I would use it, but they didn't have light weights (3s and I didn't see 5s) and it was very hot in there. Valencia is an amazing City for walking and biking, so I did not need to use the cardio equipment, which seemed sufficient. Overall great value for the price."

"Stayed here for the Medusa festival, staff was lovely couldn’t of been more accommodating, drinks are good food not so great, only issue was not with the hotel but it was always a pain to get a taxi Overall good hotel for the price would recommend"

"The Petit Palace Ruzafa Hotel in Valencia was great after staying in BnBs. It was clean with friendly helpful staff and it had a nice breakfast. Ana was quite helpful and gave us suggestions as to where to explore this lovely city. We spent a day in the old part of the city wandering about and enjoying the sights, Ice-cream and a few museums. We also went down to the old river valley park and walked a few kilometers of its pleasant gardens and sights of their opera house. The city had issues with the river flooding, and so they diverted it around the city. The old river way was turned into a park and the Opera house, Science Museum and Aquarium sit in this beautiful park space. The hotel was good value and we enjoyed their fine hospitality."
