We always love staying Benidorm…

The property was smaller than we expected, It should really be advertised as a studio apartment. Other than that, we found it nice and clean and pretty well equipped. The only problem we had was the condition of the shower. The shower unit itself is in a state of disrepair. The overhead rainfall head needs replacing, virtually impossible to use. Then of course there’s the state of the shower floor, the tiles are all loose and dislodged, covering over with a plastic pallet is a little dangerous for a couple in their late sixties, early seventies. We had to be really careful when using the shower as the pallet would slide around under foot…Also the shower screen often comes off the track when openingclosing. Basically, the whole shower enclosure and shower unit needs to be replaced asap…also the inside front door handle wasn’t fixed to the door properly, it looks as if it has been pulled off and not repaired properly… See above…

Apartment was excellent. Everything you could need for holiday The pool closed after 3 days . Told it would be open for stay. Sign at pool said open if weather permitted. It was 28 degrees !!! The shower door was jammed in the apartment. Contracted booking office they asked for photos. Sent them but got no response. After 2 days, I borrowed a few tools and fixed it myself..so I could wash

great location and price really clean and quiet away from the busy strip but close enough to walk to would of been nice to use the pool, unsure if this is due to being out of seasonfrom what I read the residents being unhappy with travellers using it whilst staying there which if true is unfair as we’re not all rowdy disrespectful brits ha.

Lovely little apartment very modern and clean. It is in a residential block so lots of locals and also there is no reception so its a ten minute walk to get your key to get in and if your leaving early like us you had a ten minute walk to take key back.

Location was excellent for our needs. Property also had the added benefit of an oven and decent WiFi. Power shower was excellent. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Apartment was also very noisy but I know that's just apartment living ☹️

It was a small but modern appartment. We love the area so it was ideal for us. The apartment overlooks the pool. The bedroom could do with a small bedside cabinet. Also the outside table and chairs are in need of changing starting to crack around joints. Could do with a key to outside pool and gardens door was locked for our stay.

Great place good value for money.

Apartment was great it had everything we needed. The parking space was a problem. Once you had entered the garage opposite with your car it was hard to find a way out, all the gates were locked with a key which we didnt have. The next day when we went to get the car we couldnt get into the garage to get it. We had to wait until someone came who had a key to let us in! We had to park in the road after that.

La piscina Demasiado pequeño para 4 personas y solo había 2 sillas para sentarse. Tuvimos que cenar por turnos. El sofá cama súper incómodo.
