    Comfortable and spacious 95 m² accommodation, with partial views of the sea and the city.



    It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community+children's pool, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, garden, garden furniture, children's area, 1 television, iron.

    The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Clean, 3 Bedroom apt only 200 meters from beach and 300metres from main entertainment strip. Apt was older but was excellently priced. Had all the amenities required. We was happy to stay there. Good stay for a weekend in benidorm

Location was spot on to enjoy what benidorm has to offer. The apartment is spacious and accommodated 5 of us very easily. The Kitchenette was handy too The showers were quite small so water got all on the bathroom floor, the air on in the hallway only cools down that space and not the adjoining bedrooms but luckily the apartment cooled down in the evening to sleep
