Comfortable apartment

Eolo apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to Finestrat, there is a partial sea view, the balcony attracted sunshine for most of the day.The bus stops were close so a short ride will take you to Benidorm Centre in around 30minsThe apartment is well appointed and spotlessly clean, all rooms are airy and light. We enjoyed our stay.One suggestion to the host is to maybe provide some basic instructions on how to operate the TV, portable heater and washing machine, we had to Google them !

Una lástima

El piso es adecuado, la zona es buena, la persona encargada de las llaves es encantadora y flexible. Sin embargo, el trato con el propietario no fue bueno. Tuvimos un problema personal unas semanas antes y le pregunté si la cancelación pagando parcialmente la estancia con lo que acordasemos era una opción, me dijo que no (estaba en todo su derecho) pero además solo había recibido un mensaje por mi parte y me dijo que "no volvería a contestarme ningún mensaje". Cuando llegamos al piso la persona que nos recibió nos dijo que debíamos pagar la luz a parte haciendo una foto al contador antes y después, en el anuncio (en el momento en que lo contratamos) no ponía nada, escribí al propietario y me dijo que reclamaría esa cantidad de la parte que podían retenerme por desperfectos, y que también debía pagar el gas. Hablé con la página, revisaron el anuncio y nuestra conversación y se pusieron en contacto con él, efectivamente y como aviso para quien le pueda pasar, no puede hacer eso. Una lástima estás dos situaciones, el piso es agradable y no resulta agradable recibir un trato así del propietario

El apartamento es perfecto, el una posicion ideal, esta perfetamente equipado, quietro destacar la disponibilidad y seriedad de la dueña y de la chica que lo gestionale. Seguramente volvemos el año proximo.

mooi appartement in rustige omgeving

Alles was tiptop in orde. Het ligt 2,5 a 3 km van het centrum, dus weg van de enorme drukte daar. Bushalte ligt bijna tegenover het appartement wat heel makkelijk is. Mooi uitzicht op zee.Het appartement is zeer compleet en voelt meteen huiselijk aan. Wifi werkte prima. Als ik één tip mag geven, zorg voor een degelijke verduistering op de achterste slpk.

Wir kommen wieder EOLO

Tolle Wohnung, am ersten Tag war zwar der Boiler kaputt, aber Ellen hat gleich einen Handwerker für den nächsten Tag bestellt und der war pünktich. Der Vermieter ist auch richtig gut. Die Kommunikation 1a. Sollten Andere auch mal so machen. Die Wohnung ist toll beschrieben und genauso ist sie auch vorgefunden worden. Einziger Mangel ist, dass eine Hauptstr. mit Bus vor dem Balkon ist und somit vor 01.00 h keine wirkliche Ruhe ist. Uns hat es aber nicht wirklich gestört. Was ich persönlich sehr gut fand, war, dass wenig Deutsche dort waren und dafür eben viele Einheimische. Selbst meine Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Strand und Wasser sind super. 50 entfernt ist das SCUSI. Eine tolle Bäckerei, die noch viel mehr bieten, z. B. Salate usw. WLAN natürlich auch. Wir sind sehr erholt zurück gekommen und werden bestimmt wieder dort hinfahren.

Ein toller Urlaub im Eolo!

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, nach 10 Jahren mal wieder nach Benidorm zu kommen. Unser Aufenthalt im Eolo hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) eine schöne Zeit hatten! Das Ein-/Auschecken hat, dank Ellen, auch reibungslos geklappt! Vielen Dank nochmal wegen dem Gepäck am Abreisetag, Ellen!! Die Wohnung hat alles was man so braucht! Außerdem ist sie sehr sauber!!! Abends ist man am Besten lange unterwegs, so dass die Kinder einfach "umfallen" und schlafen! ;-)

Super schöner Urlaub

Es war ein richtig schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen obwohl wir leider erst um 23.45Uhr ankamen.(Danke an Ellen).Wenn es mal Probleme gab kann man sich sehr auf Ellen verlassen. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man den Strand wirklich in 1min. Ein sehr schöner Strand der nicht überfüllt ist wie in Benidorm City. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Man kommt überall sehr gut hin. Einziger nachteil der Wohnung ist, daß sie an einer Strasse liegt die etwas lauter ist . Ich hatte etwas probleme damit. Habe aber auch einen leichten Schlaf. Meiner Familie war es egal. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. So zufrieden das wir nächtest Jahr aufjedenfall wieder kommen werden. Auch nochmal vielen vielen Dank an Herrn Oldoerp. Sehr netter Herr und super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand! Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung verfügt über aussreichend Platz. Deutsche Sender im TV via Satelit. Toll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Meerblick

Tolle und saubere Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe . Wir fanden es toll Bäcker direkt in der Nähe . Der saubere Poniente Strand in zwei Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen . Mercadona auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen . Zu dem Einkaufzentrum La Marina --ca.3 km -- fuhren wir mit dedm PKW . Es gibt dahin auch eine Busverbindung . in das Zentrum fährt ein Bus Preis Erwachsene €1,40 Kinder kostenlos . Bushaltestelle 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt . Abends waren wir in der Nähe oder in der Altstadt essen , immer gutes Essen bekommen . in der Bar vom Appertement Haus Marimar gibt es super Paella . ca. 200 Meter entfernt . Die Wohnung ist für Familien mit Kinder geeignet . Wir fanden es so toll das wir in den nächsten Jahren dort wieder hinkommen. Der Service vor Ort war wunderbar .

"Pikobello"

Meine Eltern (sehr rüstige Senioren) verbrachten 2 Wochen Urlaub im Mai im EOLO. Sie waren schon mindestens 30x in Benidorm, doch nun nach ein paar Jahren Pause, zum ersten mal in diesem Appartment. Sie waren sehr begeistert, wie sauber und ordentlich alles war. Besonders die Nähe zum Bäcker haben sie immer wieder hervorgehoben. Sie kennen sich sehr gut aus in Benidorm und waren erstaunt, wie sehr sich der Ort entwickelt hat. Die sehr schöne, neu angelegte Promenade lässt den Weg zum Zentrum kürzer erscheinen als es einem früher vorkam. Natürlich ist die Nähe zum Strand fast unschlagbar. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und die Rückzahlung der Kaution hätte schneller nicht gehen können.

Sehr gute Wohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist unmittelbar am Strand gelegen, was für den Urlauber sehr angenehm ist, da er es zum Strand somit nicht weit hat. Auch innerhalb weniger Minuten kann das Zentrum von Benidorm besucht werden und ein Becker am Haus, der sehr leckere Produkte anbietet. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut möbliert, alles machte einen sehr hygienischen und properen Eindruck. Auch die Ausstattung mit Fernsehern, und den strandutensilien fanden wir schön.

La Cala Bendiorm, ein Ort für Familien

Die Wohnung ist in einem deutschem Zustand, das bedeutet TOP!!! Die Betten waren nicht durchgelgen und die Matratzen nicht zur weich, was für uns sehr wichtig ist. Der Service bei Ankunft, bei Problemen und bei der Abreise ist nicht zu überbieten, danke dafür. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter als auch zur Bertreuerin der Wohnung sind ebenfalls super. Der Ort ansich ist gerade mit Kind genau das richtige.Durch die Nähe zum Strand können die kleinen fast den ganzen Tag am Strand spielen. Im Ort selbst hat man alles was man braucht. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Kiosk mit Bildzeitung. Der Strand ist im September nicht überfüllt und sauber. Die Menschen im Ort sind freundlich und Kinder gegenüber sehr zu vorkommend. Das SCUSI welches auf dem Weg zum Strand liegt, können wir besonders empfehlen. Die Preise für Speisen sind normal, Bier hingegen ist relativ günstig. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub. Wir würden das EOLO jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat war ein WLAN-Zugang. Das liegt aber daran das ich ein Internetfreak bin ;)

Überwintern in Benidorm

Die Angaben im online-Inserat waren umfassend und zutreffend.Die Fewo wurde in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist für einen Langzeiturlaub ausreichend. Die Betreuung bei Ankunft und während des gesamten Aufenthalts ( 3 bzw. 4 Monate) war sehr gut. Alle notwendigen Ersatzbeschaffungen wurden umgehend erledigt. Die Fewo würden wir jederzeit im Bekanntenkreis weiterempfehlen. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten in den Wintermonaten sind etwas eingeschränkt, weil nicht alleAttraktionen und Vergnügungsparks (z.B. Terra Mitica, Aquapark) geöffnet sind. Sportmöglichkeiten sind jedoch auch in der Winterzeit ausreichend vorhanden.( z.B. Tennis, Golf) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Das Hinterland bietet für Wanderer hervorragende Möglichkeiten mit grandiosen Ausblicken auf die Küstenlandschaft.
