Good size accommodation with lot's of storage...excellent views and great location..Excellent modern appliances well equipped for all our daily needs. The kitchen cupboard doors need repairing...the veneer is coming away..spoiling an otherwise lovely modern kitchen..the curtain tracks do not operate properly...

Buena ubicación, enfrente de la playa, con vistas estupendas. Habría que mejorar la limpieza del apartamento en general, cortinas y lámparas, arreglar el grifo del lavabo de donde se sale el agua...por lo demás estupendo.

Ligging aan de boulevard en vlakbij alle winkels etc. in een fijn appartementen gebouw, met een hele fijne , behulpzame portier ( van de namiddag) En wij vonden het contact met het kantoorpersoneel erg fijn! Onze afspraken m.b.t. de schoonmaak nakomen of anders even laten weten, wanneer ze dan wel komen! ( kleine moeite denken wij!)

Lindo apartamento en edificio Santa Marguarita Benidorm

Arrivé mardi 5.07 au lieu de dimanche 3.07 , j'ai averti la gérance de mon arrivée 2 jours après ma réservation et payé la totalité+ Wifi en plus. L'appartement comme décrit sur l'annonce, peut -être ça aurai été bien que quelqu'un de la gérance se déplace pour que l'on fasse ensemble l'état des lieux et nous remettre les cléfs sur le moment sur place. Parce que il y a eu un ou deux verres que j'ai remarqué qu'ils était légèrement féllé et 2- 3 assiettes aussi, pour aussi expliquer comment fonctionnait la machine a laver le linge au lieu de perdre 20 minutes a savoir comment ça marche. La propreté et la situation de l'appartement très bien. Une seule chose qui nous a pas plus c'est que les autres personnes(adultos y jovenes) qui utilisait cette magnifique piscine ...ne se douchent pas avant d'aller dans la piscine pour l'hygiene de chacun et l'éduction et vu la situation COVID19 etc.., qui jettent des mégots de cigarettes ou autres choses depuis leurs appartement malgres 2 affiches ou il y est écrit les règles par rapport a l'utilisation, l'heure de fermeture et de la piscine et de son espace qui est très beaux. les concierges très aimables et sympathiques et très à l'écoute et pour donner des indications. Et comme j'avais dit à la dame de l'agence, j'ai donné un coup de balais et laisser le plus propres possible la cuisine, les tables, après on est parti a 6h00 du matin dimanche pour l'aéroport et laisser les 2 jeux de clefs et la télécommande de la télévision dedans l'appart, comme on me l'a demander. Et aussi il y avait juste une chose dans la salle de bain qui j'ai remarqué le 4 ème jour qu'elle était cassée et en voulant accrocher un petit linges de bain ...cette "accroche serviette " et tombée d'un coup. Je pense que ça été cassé et fixé vite fait pour cacher par d'autres vacanciers. J ai pris des photos de ce petit problème pour ne pas que l'on dise que c'est nous qui l'avont cassé. Mais en gros , tout était bien. Merci encore pour ces jolies vacances de la part de mon fils et moi même. Saludos y gracias.

Buena situación, apartamento miuy coqueto y agradable

En general, el apartamento es muy agradable y bien situado, en primera linea de playa. Es recomendable. Bien decorado, no parece de alquiler. Y con todo los electrodomésticos y demas en cocina. Creo que algun producto de limpieza,y jabon en el baño o lavavajillas, seria de utilidad, y se agradece, nada mas llegar. En otros apartamentos que he alquilado lo ofrecian, no es mucho gasto y no tienes que comprar hasta lo más basico, como pinzas para la ropa de la lavadora.

De service van de makelaar ten aanzien van het verhelpen van het niet werken van de tv. De mooie ligging van het appartement direct aan de boulevard. De goede inrichting van het appartement. We misten niets. Alles was ruim voorhanden. Zijn zeer tevreden , zouden wel willen weten op welke termijn borg wordt terugbetaald.

L'appartement est bien équipé (exactement comme sur les photos,) bien situé face à la mer , la résidence possède une grande piscine... Bref, tous pour passer un excellent séjour à Benidorm
