Villa ChaletBenidorm is a huge villa in Benidorm with private swimming pool, garden and BBQ. Plot is fenced all around and entirely private (size 800 sqm, approx 8500 square feet). Free high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi (300mbps).

Classic and rustic style (solid wood furniture, marble floors and other luxury construction materials).

Very few villas are so close to city centre and beach. When comparing with other villas make sure you check the EXACT location on a map. Beach is only 11 minutes walk, city centre only 15 minutes. There are supermarkets nearby and a bar/cafe just 2 minutes' walk. A taxi will only cost in between 6 and 10 euros to take you anywhere in Benidorm.

House has 7 bedrooms, including 3 double beds and 14 single beds (sleeps 20). It has 3 bathrooms (one en-suite). Enclosed space for 3 cars. Local bus stop just 300 metres/yards away.

Very close to the city centre and the beach at a time (see map). Yet very quiet residential area. Benidorm's tram station is only 12 minutes away, which will allow you to explore nearby towns.

Total plot 1025 sqm, 200 sqm of which are fenced out and not included in the rent. Please watch your children whilst near the pool.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible but you must check availability and conditions prior to booking.

Please note there is no central heating but electric heating is available from the air conditioning units.
