「Great hotel and lovely staff. Room clean as expected. Up a great big hill so not great for the walk back when drunk although hotel does offer a shuttle service it stops earlier in the night so not much use so the above problem. Lovely and quiet with it being out of the town centre/ beach area. 」

「We loved the view. It overlooked the 9-hole golf course with hundreds of trees and the sounds of the birds and night animal noises were lovely. The nearby skyline of Benidorm Poniente Beach and the far-off Skyline of Levante Beach were very dramatic. There is striking architecture which is even better viewed at night. 「Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open.」

「La pension complète est bien , il y a du choix, vin bière disponibles mais il manquait juste l'eau gazeuse . Personnel à l'écoute. Possibilité de prendre une "lunch box" pour manger le midi à l 'extérieur. L'accueil nous avait prévenu mais c'est dommage la chambre avec 3 lits simples n'avait pas de vue . La salle de sport a le mérite d'exister mais un peu petite. Le coffre dans la chambre est payant, dommage. 」

「Good location and close to where we needed to be. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, and our room was quite basic but the size was perfect for our family (two adults and one child). Room and hotel were very clean. Checkin was easy and checkout even easier, someone was waiting in the very busy lobby helping direct those who were checking out so we didn’t have to wait in line. 」
