Brilliant staff, fab breakfast, lovely to find out they have a roof terrace with hot tub. Clean rooms with a king size comfy bed and great power shower. The only small negative was the windows aren’t sound proof so unfortunately we were woken up by a bit of noise on one night in the early hours.

What a beautiful hotel whilst staying in Benidorm Old Town. Staff were amazing, Pina colda cocktail were the best I've ever had. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel smelt amazing, staff couldn't do enough for you. 10/10

Lovely hotel in old part of Benidorm. Very clean and spacious, with lovely view over the bay. Only real downside was that we were unable to eat in the highly recommended restaurant, as it was fully booked each evening we were there. But there are plenty of other restaurants a short walk away.

This is a wonderful hotel. All staff so helpful and friendly, room modern and clean and breakfast superb. Situated at the top of Old Town it is ideally located between the main 2 beaches, but with a bit of an upward slope if walking difficult. Some good Spanish restaurants close by
