Just do it! Absolute gem of a find.
I was wowed by the pictures and overviews online ... couldn't believe that it was even nicer in reality! Honestly this property is fantastic and we will 100% return. Ive already sent the link to friends and family. My reasons: Villa is so spacious, super clean, luxurious and outside area is superb. The area of Calpe is the nicest I have been to in Spain. Host so responsive and she has amazing recommendations for restaurants etc. Slept like babies - so quiet and relaxing there. Just do it....click book now!!

Wonderful villa in a lovely location
We had a wonderful stay in this villa, and would 100% recommend to anyone else considering a holiday in the Calpe area. The villa is fully equipped with all amenities needed for a stay, not only as a holiday rental, but also feeling like being at home. Excellent response from the owners for any queries, and we will definitely look to return to this property in the future. 10/10 for everything.

Thank you Katie, the villa is wonderful, had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, particularly loved the pool area and terrace for outside dining, the outside kitchen was a real bonus too !! Location is excellent too with some very nice restaurants and supermarket in walking distance !

Wonderful Summer Trip
Beautifull Villa we've loads of extras to make it extra special. We didn't have babies or toddlers but there was lots in place for stairs and the pool if you did. Walking distance to multiple beaches and locations making it easy to visit Calpe etc. Lots of other attractions as well. The owners communication was excellent even advising Supermarkets we organise deliveries with meaning we had our first food shop delivered on Day 1. The rooms are all big and spacious, excellent air conditioning, also tons of communal space inside and out. Only suggestions would be adding a lock for the communal bathroom downstairs as it can only be locked for one bedroom. Lots of people have complained about mosquitos but it was pretty normal and candles repellent spray was enough to keep them at bay. The local area was also quiet and relaxing and we had no disturbances while we were there.

Beautiful villa!
We had a great stay at Casa Mar Vista. There was plenty of space for 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids). The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. The welcome hamper was great as we arrived at night with 4 tired and hungry children. The pool was amazing and the kids were in there most days, all day for most of our stay. The beach, which is just a short walk down the road was nice with a nice beach bar/restaurant. We all had a fabulous holiday and would definitely return!

Lovely Villa
Lovely villa with plenty of room and all the mod cons throughout. Really useful outdoor space with bbq, covered seating pool and tv. Great location with a short drive to Calpe and Moraira. Easy walk to beach, supermarket and a handful of restaurants. Host was really easy to deal with and sorted a minor issue with the bbq gas in 30 minutes.

Fantastic holiday home!
Casa Mar Vista is a beautiful place to stay with every amenity you need. We stayed for a week and everyone in our party had a great time. The villa is well located with restaurants, a beach and a supermarket nearby. Katie was a lovely host and very helpful whenever we needed her.

A great villa for a family holiday
This Villa comes well equipped with High End fittings and fixtures. There's plenty of space inside and out and the outside chill area is something else. Not mentioned on the listing is a wonderful furnished Lanaii with Sea View and a gas hob by the BBQ. Katie is a great host, responsive and helpful. Beach, Bars, Shop and Restaurant are all within walking distance
