A great week in Benissa / Monica II

Overall, it was a great week which we had in Benissa. The location is quite and peaceful, situated almost at the end of a cul-de-sac road, so there was no traffic. The communication with Turisol was uncomplicated and we got easy access even out of their business hours. The property as such is absolutely suffcient and suitable for 2-4 persons and well equipped as described. Nice to have a covered parking spot for the car. What needs to be said (this did not affect us, however it should be noted), elderly people could have issues in climbing stairs as the property is situated overall on three levels, from the entry gate down to the flat and then further to the pool. Have this in mind when booking.

Chouette endroit mais beaucoup de défauts

La zone est bien malgré une couverture réseau inexistante. La maison en revanche ne sentait pas bon à l'arrivée, le tapis était sale ainsi que la vaisselle. La zone est infestée de moustiques tigres et ce n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce, nous sommes deux à être tombés malade suite aux piqures. Il y a des moustiquaires que sur deux fenêtres et elles sont toutes les deux déchirées et donc inefficace. La dame qui parle français au téléphone est agréable mais un autre membre du personnel nous a raccroché au nez alors qu'on avait une coupure de courant. Pour finir, la connexion wifi est très mauvaise (3mbp/s)

Casa cómoda, cocina pequeña pero bien equipada. Limpieza justa (cojines con pelos de animal, suciedad bajo las camas...). Lo mejor de la casa el patio, muy amplio.

Indoor accommodation felt a bit claustrophobic. Kitchen and bathroom were very small and one bedroom was very dark. Living room was okay. Pool area was nice but was only in sunlight between 9.00 and 4.30 (at the end of July). Location was quiet and peaceful.
