"Rooms were very nice and clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great, breakfast was great and a bit different every day. Very close to everything but also away from the busy tourist spot. "
"Bunks/rooms were bigger than expected, clean, secure, plenty of storage. Great community, good restaurant (slightly pricey, but with top 5 best bacon cheeseburger ever, and I know cheeseburgers well). Breakfast was very good and plenty of cals for hard skiing. Friendly staff. Other walkable izakaya and onsen nearby, you can crawl to Moiwa, or take bus/walk to Niseko United. Gate access between the 2 takes some experience. I'll be back."
"My partner, me, and a friend stayed from January 12th to the 16th, 2026.
Location: Just a five-minute walk to Niseko Annapuri ski lodge and lift chairs. 15 minutes walk in snow to an Onsen (Niseko Hot Spring Ikoino Yuyado Iroha). You will want to coordinate a shuttle from the Kutchan train station, or a taxi beforehand. We made the mistake of arriving in the evening and not pre-arranging an Uber - we were lucky to hitch a ride with a private shuttle for a guide (we paid a premium due to the last-minute plan).
Check-in & staff: Staff were great, always available when needed, coordinated a shuttle back to Kutchan, we shipped our gear from New Chitose
Room: The room was clean, beds were a little small (normal for Japan so no complaints). There were 2 beds and a loft. The beds were good for our taste. Not too noisy, but it is a bed and breakfast so you will get used to hearing people walking down the hall. Everyone was mindful and quiet as expected.
Amenities: There was WiFi, but I did not use it as I had a pre-paid SIM (highly recommend if travelling in a foreign country!). Breakfast was AMAZING AND FREE, 3-4 course dinners were phenomenal, and a good value (3100 yen), plenty of ski storage; AMAZING BAR
Value: Very worth the price
Issues: There was a power issue the last night of our stay, but the hotel was warm and cozy, it was quickly fixed
Best for: Skiiers, snowboarders
Verdict: I WOULD GO BACK!"
"We had an amazing stay at this ski lodge in Niseko. The service team truly went above and beyond for us and made our trip so easy and enjoyable.
It was our first time in Niseko and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even organising our private airport transfers, which made everything completely stress-free. They were always happy to help with recommendations and any questions we had.
The accommodation was very comfortable, we stayed in the quad room and it was perfect for our group. Breakfast each morning was great and a really nice way to start the day before heading out to the slopes. The Niseko United Shuttle bus stop was less than 5 min walk down the road.
Huge thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko!"
