The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were newly renovated with a contemporary tile bathroom and new beds. This was an older motel that has all been redone inside.

This place was far nicer than it had any business being for a rambler motel and far nicer than you would think given the pictures. It is a very old motel but has been extensively and well remodeled (or is in the process of-workmen were there working on another room) and the room I was in was much nicer than most hotels I have stayed in. The staff (I think also the owners in this case) was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Solid place in Manchester. Clean rooms that looked updated and modern. Comfy bed. Was woken once by a car starting in the lot but that comes with the territory of this kind of motel.

The property was renovating rooms. Ours was next to all the construction and debris. Many rooms had their content outside. Appreciated the dog friendly opportunity but very noisy with construction during the daytime. I wish we had know about the active renovation.

Room smelled of mold, curtain rods were cob jobbed together. There was black mold around the edge of the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no shampoo, conditioner, soap, or body wash in the bathroom. The inderside of the sink in the bathroom was exposed and very unsightly. Not all the light switches worked. The heating unit made horrible loud noises all night and made it extremely hard to sleep. The room was NOT worth $247!!!!
