「The non-smoking room we stayed in REEKED of cigarette smoke. The pillows also smelled like the Mexican restaurant food that was right in the parking lot and recommended by the staff. We don’t like that food and don’t want to smell it all night long in our faces. Very unsatisfactory stay.」

「My booked it for my husband and he actually ended up not staying. The sheets were dirty and the AC had not been turned on. Not a good experience.」

「After making a reservation about two weeks in advance, we get there late in the evening to find out they do not have a room available that we reserved. Then, we reluctantly agreed to another room and the smoke smell was so strong. We went to the desk to ask for another room and were told they did not have any other rooms. We had to go to another establishment and find a room. Don’t waste your time. 」
