「Every person that worked there had Exceptional customer service 👏 my favorite was the Asian security guard! She made my stay great right from the start, when I went out a wrong door😂 she said she knew I'd be trouble! She shared her professional yet genuine personality!! Kudos to the entire staff」

「Hot water for tea was always lukewarm and all coffees were not hot, only warm. No microwave in rooms. Otherwise everything was great.」

「Walking in, the smell was strong chlorine and … something else. Not sure if they were trying to “hide” other odors. We were greeted by two men. One older gentleman was “in training” by the younger one, and he was speaking non English (my guess is Pakistani). Check in took longer than it should have, but they were nice enough. 「Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel」
