“We stayed there for one night. When we checked in we immediately noticed the couch was dirty. There were crumbs/food all over it, one of the back cushions was off the couch, and there were crumbs in the floor. In the bathroom, the ceiling had a hole and rip where the bathroom above us was leaking. There was mold/mildew on the ceiling and in the shower. The shower floor was also dirty. When I reported to the front desk, I was told “yea, they were supposed to mark that room “out of order” sorry……

“Exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was on time. Coffee was strong. Bed was comfortable. The TV was huge. Great water pressure and hot water was plentiful. Slept like a baby.”

“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

“Hotel was okay. Room smelled old. Was told to park in back of hotel because we were towing a trailer, then told the doors didn't work and would have to walk around to side. Adequate for an overnight traveler.”

“I got the room at this location for my dad who is a traveling minister and he said he absolutely loved his stay! Encountered no issues and the room was spacious and clean. Will definitely be returning.”

“The rooms need a clean update and new paint. You can tell that deep cleaning is not done often. We had to switch rooms because they initially gave us a room where the shower curtain smelled like mildew and the comforter on the bed had a lot of stains on it. Even in the new room, the comforter seat on the bed had a lot of stains in the bed did not look clean. Also, the individual who checked us in was not friendly at all. Will never return to this hotel chain! The only thing that was good, was……

“Room was as expected. Clean, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was a good way to start your day- fresh, warm and big variety of many items.”

“The property was clean and had friendly staff. The parking lot is small but there is a dirt lot next to it you can also park in. It was a little disappointing they charge for parking but there isn’t room on the paved lot for all the guests so we ended up in the mud in the dirt lot. On street parking is free so it doesn’t make sense that there is a mandatory parking fee. It is walking distance to the Clinton Library and downtown Little Rock which is nice.”
