「We did not find the cabin emaculate as stated. Cob webs upstairs on the beams, light fixtures dusty, mold on the dryer seal and futon cover on the main floor looks to be dirty. There is a fowl smell coming from the basement from a old hot tub. I slept on the futon upstairs and needless to say for a 66 yr old women that was my bad but it is worn out. 「InnSeason Pollard Brook is a great place to stay if you are driving the Kancamagus Highway 112 to see the fall colors. Make a stop at the Welcome Center before you start your drive. They have a good map of the Highway with the overlooks and turnouts marked. The attendants were very informative. The inn is also located by a verity of restaurants. The rooms have full kitchens which is nice, as well. I would stay there again.」

「Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more.」
