Great Fall Getaway

We used the Weekender for my daughters wedding. Great location for an event, and close to Crystal Bridges Museum and lots of great restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous house with everything you need and more

We stayed here for the week and the house was perfect and so beautiful! It had everything we needed during our stay and more. The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space is great (wish the small plunge pool was heated so we could have used it!). There are so many details and unique touches you don’t typically see in rental properties, and the close proximity to downtown Bentonville is a huge plus. I will definitely stay here again when in town next!

Great for a big group

Awesome property very close to downtown. We stayed here for nine days, eight people, three generations, two EVs, five bikes, too many ice cream cones to count. Yes, it’s perfect if you have a big group.

Great for our family holiday get together.

The layout is great for several families with or without children. Large kitchen perfect for preparing big meals and serving a large crowd. Location close enough to downtown to walk. Plunge pool an added bonus.

Great property and worked well for our extended family. The young kids loved the little pool and the location inclusion of bikes was great! We did have to handle a bike tire repair the first day and the propane on the grill was empty; neither was a huge issue but would have been nice to not have to deal with them. The refrigerator doors also don't fully close without intention so they got left open a few times (just something for other renters to pay attention to!).

Ideal Accommodations

First visit to Bentonville with multigenerational family group of 8. The house was perfect for our group. Spotlessly clean and new, and convenient to downtown. Will want to come back in warmer weather and use the bikes!

Fantastic property and location

The house exceeded expectations. We rented for a family wedding in area and had more than enough space for adult family and friends. It is beautifully decorated and provisioned with everything you need. Short walk to the square as well, so great location. We hope to come back for a Razorback game weekend!

Such a great stay!!

The house exceeded expectations! First of all, it was so very clean in every room. It was also so beautiful and spacious. I stayed here for my wedding weekend along with all of my bridesmaids and it was the best house for this. It definitely is great for big groups and such a fun location too! We got to walk to downtown Bentonville in just 5-7 minutes. The hosts were quick with their responses and made sure we knew we could reach out anytime. I truly wish I could have stayed here longer. It was a great experience for everyone!

Great Bentonville house

The house is beautiful, we’ll appointed and close to downtown. Easy walk to downtown stores and restaurants. Easy access to Bentonville bike trails. Love the pool and garage was great for secure bike storage. Property manager does a great job with communicating. Highly recommend this property. We hope to return.

Beautiful Clean Home

great layout and space. driveway is tight. over garage apartment is fantastic. figuring out internet/tv/heating was a challenge. if you cook, the cookware is very limited. walkable to Bentonville Square.

Perfect place for Bentonville stay

The Weekender House is a modern, wonderfully decorated, clean and well-appointed house. It is a perfect location for relaxation, a group gathering, a cycling trip or all of the above. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms which makes staying with a large group of friends or family very convenient. Easily walkable to downtown Bentonville and they provide bikes for getting around and provide everything including tools and helmets. Backyard plunge pool is icing on the cake! Apartment above the garage has full kitchen and full bath as well. Everything in the house is well-designed, organized and makes staying here the highlight of any trip to Bentonville!

Wonderful trip

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Weekender house in Bentonville. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and large. The location is terrific - easy walk to downtown and short drive to hikes, Crystal Bridges, etc. Communiation with the manager was easy and thorough. While my next comment didn’t apply to our group of 6, it may apply to larger parties: the house sleeps many people but the main living area comfortably seats only 6 or so. There are two additional seating areas, one on the second floor and one in the guest house, which would be great for children or other sub-groups of a large party. I highly recommend the Weekend for parties large and small.
