The location was ideal to visit Bergamo for only one night, as we did. The guesthouse was tastefully decorated and the little balcony was so charming. We would have loved to have breakfast on it or drink a glass of wine in the evening, but we had an early flight and didn't have much time.
We appreciated the little extras, like coffee and bottled water. The towels were huge and fluffy and the pillows were made of memory foam. The bed was a little bit hard, but I think that is a question of taste. We didn't try the fold out sofa, as we could have.
Our communication with Elisa was great: we needed the video to understand where to go once we were inside the courtyard. She answered questions quickly and made it clear that she was always available for us.
The only difficulty we had was getting a taxi, but this was not anything Elisa could influence: the contact she gave me didn't answer his phone and Radio Taxi Bergamo didn't accept advance orders. When we actually needed the taxi, all operators were busy, so we walked to the other end of the old town and took the bus. A goid solution for people with only carry-on luggage. 👍
I woild recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is visiting Bergamo. It was simply perfect.
