Terrible experience.

Terrible to check in. This is an apartment on a 3 rd floor. No one was there to check in. I was luck , the taxi driver helped and called the owner. Still , the owner insisted that I have to have internet. At 10 pm how can anyone get a SIM card in Italy. They would not give the code to get in the building before hand. You have to have internet access to talk to them. However , check in with their website, they provide the access code to the building. There are 70 steps to to the unit. A terrible experience to check in. Lack of disclosure about access , steps , and the fact that this is not a hotel. And yuy must have internet to get in. Do not get this place.

Vi ble tatt godt imot av utleierene, etter å ha gjort avtaler på Whatsapp. Selv om vi var forsinket, så ventet de tålmodig på oss uten noen sure miner. Leiligheten var stor og fin og ligger meget sentralt til. Det var ikke aircondition i hoveddelen som avbildet i annonsen, så dette var skuffende og varmt i Juli. Det er kjøling på soverommene, så nettene var ingen problem. Vi bruker gjerne "www.donizettiapartments.com" igjen neste gang vi skal til Bergamo, ihvertfall utenom de varmeste periodene.

La ubicación es buena y céntrica hay cosas para ver y lugares donde comer muy muy cerca. La habitación, el baño y la cocina compartida son amplios y funcionales. Aunque no haya recepción en el mismo alojamiento, te atienden muy bien por teléfono y están pendientes de lo que necesites. A nosotros nos facilitaron dejar el equipaje y entrar en la habitación antes de la hora.

Das Sofa ist zu ersetzen es bröckelt den Boden und die Kleider voll nicht royal nur 4 Löffel bei 5 Personen Sollte nicht B&B heissen wenn kein Frühstück dabei ist der Kunde erwartet bei B&B ein Frühstück

Very nice apartment, very nice service, we had some issues with heating during our last night and also there was a restriction on having shower at night which was not mentioned in the description. Service very accomodating, even though we arrived after normal check-in time.

In posizione centralissima a Bergamo, il b&b è un comodo appoggio per chi non vuole spendere molto per il soggiorno. Nel complesso mi è piaciuto tutto, e i proprietari si sono mostrati molto premurosi nel fornirmi spiegazioni sui pullman per l’aeroporto e consentendomi di effettuare il check-in fuori dagli orari consueti. El propietario nos envio mensajes para estar a nuestra llegada, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotras. Nos dio toda la información posible para poder desplazarnos por Bérgamo. Para nuestro regreso incluso el nos llamo a un taxi , como era temprano nos dejo su numero de teléfono personal por si el taxista no llegaba. El apartamento precioso, las fotos son reales no como otros apartamentos. En todo momento el propietario estuvo pendiente de nosotras. Muy limpio y cuidado hasta el minimo detalle.
