Beautiful house in an idyllic location.

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia and Fred’s property. Fred was there to meet us on arrival and show us around the gorgeous house and tell us how everything worked. The house itself is stunning, views of the countryside and mountains from every window plus a stylish and practical kitchen that is well equipped with all that you need to enjoy dinner at home. We did this several evenings as the views from the terrace/garden were wonderful to take in whilst enjoying dinner and a glass of wine or 2. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all luxurious and spacious too. We highly recommend a stay here, such a gorgeous property. We can’t fault it. The local area is beautiful too. It’s a short walk into Bergen where you can find the cable car to Hochfellen, several restaurants and places to grab a cool drink or icecream and a mini golf course too.

immer wieder gerne Mountain View Lodge

Es ist eine tolle Lodge in ruhiger, aber nicht in einer einsamen Gegend. Man kann sich mit Verpflegung eindecken, aber ebenso gut auch abends in Restaurants begeben im Ortskern von Bergen, oder aber auch gemeinsam Grillen. Auch sich mit der Bahn nach z.B. Salzburg oder Chiemsee "fahren zu lassen" ist in weniger als je einer 1/2 Stunde möglich und man kann das Fahrzeug auch hier wieder mal stehen lassen, dank des Bahnhofes direkt im Ort der Unterkunft (den man weder sieht noch hört). Eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge, modernes und sehr sauberes Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Vll. jammern auf hohem Niveau wenn man sich mehr Handtücher gewünscht hätte bei einem Aufenthalt von 10 Tage (wie wir es taten), aber wir konnten ja waschen :-) dank der Waschmaschine und Trockners. Und ein paar mehr Wassergläser :-) Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, man kann alles ansprechen und man bekommt jede Menge Tipps rund um Bergen für das kulinarische und Ausflugsziele. Für das Anreisen haben wir uns unkompliziert abgesprochen, ebenso für die Abreise. Sprich, die Organisation über sie war perfekt !! Diese schöne Mountain View Lodge ist eine Reise und Aufenthalt lohnend und wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal hier, denn mit 6 Personen kann man sich dank der großzügigen Lodge extrem gut und lange aufhalten, und auch mal aus dem Weg gehen :-) Herzlichen Dank Claudia !! ❤️
