Quiet central duplex with pool and parking

This duplex apartment is really close to Bergerac’s beautiful historic centre. The parking in a garage just a few metres down the road was big enough for our very long estate car which was a relief! The hosts left us a welcome bottle of wine and were available online to answer queries if needed. The apartment was quiet despite being in the centre of town and clearly designed and loved by its owners. The pool was small but a lovely area to sit and relax in the heat of the day . Thank you for welcoming us to your holiday home .

We spent two lovely weeks in Alicia and Florians duplex in Bergerac. The house is located in a quiet street, close to the station, stores and the old town. It was a perfect base for exploring the Dordogne area. We took the train to St Emilion and Sarlat and rented a car to see chateaus, hilltop towns, the country side and Perigueux. We enjoyed shopping at the nearby market, bakeries and charcuteries and made some of our own meals. Everybody was kind to us and was helping us out with our limited French. The duplex has been nicely renovated, it is spacious and comfortable, with a modern kitchen. The plunge pool was great during a heatwave. The garage is just a few steps away. The Dordogne valley is beautiful and two weeks were not enough to see everything. Alicia and Florian were great hosts and made sure that our stay was perfect. This place is highly recommended!
