“This resort is exquisite. It is located directly on the beach but also seems like it is in a jungle or Forest. The property is extremely well maintained and the staff was exceptional. We were given a room that we weren't exactly pleased with and they were able to accommodate our needs and provide us with a different room. We loved being able to walk around the property with our small child. I would come back anytime.”

“Host never provided check in instructions and was unresponsive. Luckily we paid for the VRBO Care and it was totally worth it. They tried contacting the host with no response and then cancelled and refunded our trip while also helping us to find alternate accommodations all in under 2hrs. ”

“Other reviews warn about a timeshare presentation but we were never approached about that. It’s an old building so naturally it’s noisy but the front desk delivered a box fan at our request which helped a ton! Our room was even better than we thought it was going to be: very spacious and comfortable. We checked in late at 11:00pm without any issues as someone is there 24 hours a day. Very walkable location and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. ”
