The only issue with the online listing is that it did not include a layout of each floor. However, the layout ended up working perfectly for our families.”

“We really enjoyed our family time at this huge house seven bedrooms accommodated all the family and children. The house was clean when we checked in and we really enjoyed the pool. We had a few issues with the air conditioner but it was fixed immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but know you have to bring everything as far as spices, toilet paper and paper towels.The main concern with our group was that it needed new bed, pillows. Pros: the pool is AWESOME, location is so good and couldn’t be more on the beach, loved the big open floor plan in the main area, bed was comfy, LOVED the ice maker, views can’t be beat. Cons: wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. Rug in kitchen was super dirty and covered in stains, found hair in drawers, etc. No beach towels were provided which is stated in the listing, but I think it would be nice to have those provided since you’re……

“A very cozy and clean experience, from start to finish. The one concern we had going into this was the shared bathroom, however, it was well maintained and clean throughout the entire trip. Communication with the property manager was fast and thorough every time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Charleston. ”

“This beautiful beach home exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean with loads of space for our family of 14. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped…from dinner and glassware to every serving piece imaginable. The elevated pool was perfect for afternoons after spending time on the beach which is a very short walk from the house. We are now spoiled when it comes to vacation rentals and can’t wait to return!”
