Perfect hideaway

Close to everything, yet secluded and quiet at the same time. Pond and log cabin are beautiful. Staff are friendly and always helpful.

Property was gorgeous. A lot of wildlife and fishing in the pond was excellent. Very convenient to the groceey store and gas station.

Almost Heaven....

We loved the rustic cabin and all its cozy amenities. We loved touring the town, a horse trail ride and a massage. We traveled down to the beautiful Cacopon River and up to Prospect Peak. Even enjoyed a rainy day reading on the screened porch, fishing the pond in the morning and streaming a movie at night. Special shout out to the shop owners and delicious Lot 12 chef. We'll be back❤️

Pictures didn't do it justice

The cabin was gorgeous, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The location was peaceful and secluded, but still close to all the local necessities and attractions. We loved the soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom, and probably the only downside was that the shower was on the first floor while the bedrooms are upstairs. The gravel driveway was a little steep and washed out at the bottom following a heavy rain prior to our stay, but we drove slow and had no problems. We took full advantage of the great kitchen, ate all of our meals on the screened in porch, and spent most of the rest of our social time on the two other porches. It was a great place to relax and enjoy nature (including the wildlife that visited the cabin and pond!)

Very comfortable rustic style

Much nicer than in photos with new front porch, screened in side porch and comfy furniture inside and outside. Rustic decor with all modern amenities (outlets/lights, kitchen apppliances, bathrooms), and all very clean. Beautiful view off the back deck of pond and woods. Fully stocked kitchen (could use metal flipper for grill), loads of bath towels and all very clean. Grill is charcoal, not propane. Nice path to walk around the pond, close to town and Cacapon State Park (beware all town restaurants and shops are closed Mon-Wed). Highly recommend.
