“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall. I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“2025.01 入住第二次，今次安排在1樓，房間設備整體都好好。 Apartment 地理位置非常好，火車站，巴士站，食店，購物都在附近。 唯一缺點就是入大門口時，一個密碼要開兩個門，不過好快解決當你明白怎樣門口和關門。”

“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“Would first of all like to say what an obliging host Jeremy was. Communication was quick and helpful. Check in information was good, especially as it was very short notice. Unfortunately the property is in dire need of refurbishment. We felt there is inadequate lighting to the stairs up to the apartment. We also found it difficult to get our cases up the next flight of stairs which has a tight dog leg to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a few frozen items which we were unable to put in the……

“Kitchen cutlery was dirty, whole flat was dirty, dusty, we were sneezing soon as we arrived, complained and was moved rooms but was still dusty. Mites on sills, dirt in units. Area is awful no amenities close by. Emailed staff who did email back, then I called kept putting me on hold eventually asked to speak to manager. Car park bays are tight someone damaged our car. Sofa was battered, dirty floors, marks on bedding, dirty blinds, bin wasn't working or shower gel container, oven was noisy,……
