Welcome to Arbio I Design Studio near Deutsche Oper Berlin, perfectly situated in the vibrant city of Berlin. This stylish ground-floor unit combines modern amenities with cozy comfort, offering an ideal base for your Berlin adventure.

The 26m2 space includes a double bed separated by a curtain from the main living area and a small couch that can accommodate one additional guest. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The Studio is next to Metro Bismarckstr. that can bring you easily to reach Charlottenburg Palace, Kudamm shopping mall and Berlin zoo.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

Terrific Location steps from everything!

The property was in a terrific location mere steps from two U-Bahn stations and a major street that got you anywhere. The check in process was a bit confusing, as it was self-service and although I was provided instructions, it was difficult to find the correct door to enter the actual studio suite. The space was as advertised although it could use a bit of freshening (paint, etc.) to make it again what it can be. It was extremely clean and large enough for one or two persons. It was equipped with the essentials as to cutlery, dishware, and the like. It was nice and quiet even with windows open for airflow. There is a shared clothes washing machine but no dryer (even though indicated in the advertisement). Overall, though, the location made up for any deficiencies.

Access is by a key safe on the external wall. When I arrived 20 mins after the time I had provided there were no keys in the safe. It took 2 telephone calls and a wait of 20-30 mins to get access. Superficially the flat was clean. But the under cupboard kitchen lights were not working. Following the wire back I found a connection on the top of the cupboards. The area was coated in dust. There are large windows with bottom and side hinges. The catch for the window in the bedroom area, furthest from the entrance does not work. The window can be pushed shut but not locked. The bathroom appears new and there is plenty of hot water. The galley kitchen is fine.

Der Check-In-Vorgang zog sich über eine Stunde hin. Es war kein Wohnungsschlüssel im Safe. Ich telefonierte mit drei Ansprechpersonen bei Arbio. Die dritte teilte mir nach einer Stunde mit, dass eine Doppelbelegung vorliege und mein Mietvertrag umgehend gekündigt sei.Ich behalte mir weitere rechtliche Schritte vor. Die Abfragen nach Sauberkeit u.a. im Apartment habe ich nur ausgefüllt, weil das System es verlangt. Diese Angaben sind ohne Belang, da ich die Wohnung nie von innen gesehen habe und auch nicht ihre genaue Lage und Umgebung kenne.Vor Arbio kann nur nachdrücklich gewarnt werden.
