Let’s start with the positive - the staff were fantastic and the room is large Negative - bed was very uncomfortable, gym was small and the machines need to be wiped down, no complimentary bottled water offered in the room, the shower leaks onto the floor everytime you use it creating a flood in the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre at best and not worth euro 22.

Basically. We get nothing even thru it is a vip hotel. Not much service from the hotel. And seem the property is converted to a hotel from an office building.

Wonderful hotel
I've stayed at the Cosmo a couple of times, before and after babies. It's a wonderful hotel; the staff is very friendly and efficient; and they accommodated us with cribs for our twins, hot water for bottles, etc. We'll be back the next time we're in Berlin!

We picked this hotel for the location which was very good. Nice staff and clean room. However the AC didn’t work and our room was too hot. We were told they control the temperature and would bring it down which didn’t happen. They had a sauna that we tried but it was not warm and at check out we were told they need to know when we were using it so they would turn it on (I wish they would mention this at check in). Also most of the TV Chanels had poor signal. There is no coffee maker in the room but we liked their coffee at the small lobby bar in the morning. Bryan made me a very good espresso one afternoon.

We had a good stay at Cosmo. It is on a U line which allows good access to most of the areas of Central Berlin. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. It had a very good tub with amazing water pressure. Our only complaint was the mattress was too soft for us. We didnt notice it until after the 3rd night. Other than that it was a great place with very friendly service.

It was better than expected. Modern, good location, clean room with a very nice view. The service was good too. The gym could have been bigger and in a nicer spot, but besides that this was a great business hotel. I will be back!

Really great stay. Loved the room and it was nice and cool during a very hot weekend. Amazing view from our 8th floor room too and it was central so we could get everywhere easily.

7/10 PROS: *Great balcony *Friendly staff *Location was decent; about a 15 minute walk to the main sites. CONS: *No A/C. Have to call front desk to ask them to turn on room fan each time you need. Sometimes the person at desk didn’t know how and you’d have to call back at shift change. *Shower water would drastically change from cool to scolding hot numerous times during a short shower. *Many homeless in the area.

We had a standard room which is actually rather small; would definitely go for a bigger room next time, with a bath. No kettle in room. Breakfast was a lot less amazing than it was a few years ago. Decent buffet but not as wow as it used to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and 15 mins walk from AlexanderPlatz.

Good for a weekend city break
Really lovely hotel with good location. Close to good public transport (U-bahn) and very near to the museums. Unfortunately WiFi did not work throughout our stay which made working slightly more difficult. Bar was open but food only available at breakfast time due to German COVID restrictions but a really lovely bar and very nice staff

Great hotel, we came with a group of friends to visit Berlin. The hotel was located in a very central location, the staff were all really helpful and rooms excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Berlin.

We loved our stay at Cosmo Hotel. The late check in time worked great for us with our flight and the hotel was in a central, easy to find location with great transport links. The staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful too. The room was modern, clean and cosy, perfect for a couple and with all the amenities we could need. Loved the continental breakfast too.

Great place to stay
This is the first time I've been back in Berlin since the pandemic. The COSMO was wonderful: it had wifi for work, a good breakfast, is in easy walking distance of museuminsel, and easily accessible from the airport (when the trains are running). The staff is wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our room was ready early on arrival so we could go upstairs and change after the flight; they lent me a spare phone charger when mine died; and they attended to every detail.

Receptionist was not exactly friendly, neither was the person at the food buffet who actually told me they didn’t make omelettes st first because she was busy was something else. I pod extra for this hotel because I wanted a gym, except the elliptical trainer was broken, and the gym overall was tiny. The room had been cleaned - but a while back, probably a Covid byproduct. All in all, location was good, food ok, service ok, amenities ok. Not really worth the extra I paid at all.
