Great little apartment, everything we needed for 3 people. Let down by only 2 beds being made up and the sheets not arriving for the third bed until the day before we left. Also, I had no curtains on my window and the bedroom doors wouldn't shut. A little bit of maintenance would have made this place perfect.

Our stay in Berlin

Location is not good for tourism. Parking is terrible. Graffiti everywhere, dirty streets. Apartment was not so clean, dusty & one bath smelled like urine. Some appliances did not work, left after one night rather than stay our total time. Noisy in the back ally at night - someone moving chairs/tables.

Wir mochten die Wohnung für die Lage, etwas Geräumigkeit, die Bäder, die sehr guten Matratzen. Andere Dinge nicht so. Teilweise bedeckte Staub die Oberflächen. Der Backofen hat eine völlig unverständliche Menüführung - da braucht es eine Anleitung. Die Kaffeemaschine haben wir lieber gar nicht erst benutzt (Tipp: Kaffee-Snackbude ist links aus der Haustür nur 100 m entfernt). Ansonsten etwas dunkel. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und wir sind zurechtgekommen.

Gestank an allen Ecken/ eine Katastrophe

Leider waren die Räumlichkeiten eine Katastrophe. Die Bäder verschimmelt. Die Böden nicht richtig geputzt (Haare von den Vorgänger). Die Türen der Schlafzimmer mit lauter Fingerabdrücken versehen. Keine Anleitung für die Klimaanlage vorhanden und nicht gleichzeitig am laufen. Das absolute Highlight war der Gestank vir den Schlafzimmer. Es war uns nicht möglich, die Fenster zu öffnen, da direkt die stinkenden Mülltonnen vor den Fenstern platziert waren. Hier sind auch Bilder vorhanden. Nachdem wir bei der Hotline angerufen haben, wurde direkt jemand von denen geschickt, um dies zu beheben. Allerdings stieg der junge Mann durch das Fenster unser Schlafzimmer. Nach dem verschieben der Mülltonnen nahm er den Dreck und den Gestank mit ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer roch nur noch nach Kotze und wir hatten keine Putzmöglichkeiten. Mit einem Handtuch und Duschgel haben wir erst einmal den Boden gewischt. Weiterführend waren die Bäder nach dem Duschen komplett überflutet, da keine Türen eingebaut sind. Auch hier hatten wir keine Chance, dies zu bereinigen. Wir möchten hier eine Entschädigung, bzw. einen Teil des Geldes zurück. Es war den Preis nicht angemessen.

koud water!

De woning was prima maar er was geen warm water. Ik heb elke dag gebeld met Homaris en werd keurig te woord gestaan maar een oplossing kwam er niet. Ter compensatie kregen we 20% van de kosten voor het verblijf terug, maar ik had liever warm water gehad.
