The lamp and outlet in the loft was broken, so I had to climb the ladder in the dark. The hot water lasted very short amount of time then was freezing cold. The hallways smell like pee. Walls are thin and you can hear other guests do anything. There were no instructions for things that they said they left instructions for. The unit was ground floor with a street window, and the employees were loudly talking right by my window for over an hour before check out. I complained to the host and asked for either complimentary late check out or to be partially refunded and he waited until I had already checked out to say he would have given me late checkout and refused to apply the discount
