Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Bathroom was half-lit, 4 of lights were out. Dishwasher was out of order. No cleaning supplies provided and toilet paper was insufficient for 2-1/2 week stay. Poor ventilation in kitchen. Can hear noise from next door rooms. Never once cleaned room for duration of stay. No housekeeping to call. Could not find washer/dryer as mentioned in website! Only positive is it is walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants, and public bus and U-Bahn. 15-30 min ride to tourist attractions. Safe community.
