I arrived late at night and there was nobody at the front desk. The instructions given and self check-in were very poor. It was nearly impossible finding the room which was on the second floor of a side building. There were no lights in the hallways or the stairwells. The room itself wasn’t bad and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no parking other than street parking and the car had to be moved at 8 AM. The parking meters only took cash, which is a headache if you’re living in the 21st-century. Overall, it was a poor experience, but the quality of the bed was really nice. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Check in - Katastrophe, verwirrende PIN WLAN- miserabel - dauernd disconnect - kaum Empfang.

This property was convenient to lots of restaurants and cafes in the Dutch Quarter, and easily accessible by bike and tram to the palaces and train station. My one complain was the quality of the internet. It was painfully slow—barely functional. There’s no way one could use it for work because it constantly cut off. In 2022 in Germany no less, it’s unsatisfactory to have poor quality internet. Management should clearly state that the property only offers limited internet.

Bästa platsen i holländska kvarteret i Potsdam

Nice location and garden, but expensive

Friendly staff, nice location and beautiful garden, but too expensive for what it is, a single room with secondhand furniture and very small kitchen.
