Entspannte Tage in Werder an der Havel
Trotz nur mäßigem Herbstwetter mit viel Regen hatten wir einige schöne Tage in Werder. Durch die Nähe zu Berlin (einfach zu erreichen per Zug) hatten wir auch so eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten uns zu beschäftigen und haben eine Spree-Rundfahrt gemacht und das Naturkundemuseum besucht.

Kurzfristig und trotzdem super
Wir hatten uns kurzfristig entschieden wegzufahren und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt und die Unterkunft war trotz der Treppen bis hoch sehr schön. Danke für alles. Vielleicht haben wir zukünftig mal mehr Zeit.

Unser erster Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend an der Havel hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen.
Durch das herrliche Wetter bedingt, ließ der Aufenthalt in dieser herrlichen Seenlandschaft keine Wünsche offen. Die Erkundung mit dem Rad rundete unseren Aufenthalt natürlich sehr abwechslungsreich ab. Ein schönes Stückchen Erde!

Nahe Potsdam und Berlin
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr hilfsbereit und melden sich sofort. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben im 4. Stock und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum mit Küche und fensterlosem Bad. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Der kleine Balkon mit der Fensterfront ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und wenn die Sonne wie in diesem August 10 Stunden am Tag scheint, heizt sich die Wohnung schnell auf. Ein Sessel im Wohnraum wäre wünschenswert. Noch etwas zum Tiefgaragenstellpaltz auf der Rampe. Wenn das Auto höher als 1,5 Meter ist, stößt es an die Decke und zu lang darf es auch nicht sein. Der "Fahrradraum" ist ein typischer Keller in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, wo jeder einen abgesperrten Bereich hat. 2 normale Fahrräder passen dort leider nicht mehr hinein. Werder ist ein attraktiver Ort. Mit dem Zug ist man in 10 Minuten in Potsdam und in einer halben Stunde in Berlin.

Tolle Lage
Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Vom Balkon kann man sogar einen Blick auf das Gewässer erhaschen. Einzig die Tür im Wohnbereich haben wir vermisst, aber wer einen offen Wohncharakter bevorzugt, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Wohnhaus war für uns sehr komfortabel. Unsere Kinder haben sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt, an ein Reisebett sollte man allerdings selber denken.

Alles super
Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt über Silvester in Werder sehr schön. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels hat problemlos funktioniert und in der Wohnung war alles sehr sauber. An Silvester hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick auf das Feuerwerk. Für einen Kurztrip nach Werder in die Therme oder zum Wandern können wir die Wohnung au jeden Fall empfehlen!
