Not bad.
It's fine but for the price, I think it's expensive. It's 17 kilometres from the centre so it's definitely not convenient. At 90-100€ a night, that's expensive. Transport links are good though. What annoys me was the noise the cleaners make outside the rooms. Impossible to sleep through.

breakfast hasn’t been offered in two years they said. The option was the reason to book in the first place as we had an early flight and the offer indicated breakfast from 06:00am on. Parking on an urban waste field. Room with 3 twinbeds small but clean. Patrons seemed to be mostly workers on work travel.

The outside of the property needs a little improvement; it was muddy and difficult to carry luggage. The hotel is next to a train station so it's easy to move around. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I came to this hote wo much research because inread the reviewers said it was close to Berlin. It is not. The Sbahn station is far. 15 min walk and the rode to Berlin is an hour away. The facilities are among the best I have seen

We were initially going to stay one night here but ending up staying three nights, as we found the hotel and the location excellent. The hotel is in a great location close to the rail system and bus service. The rail system will take you direct into Berlin city, albeit with a couple of train changes. The room we had was very spacious and had a kitchenette as well which was great. The shower was excellent and the Wifi good. Overall, this was excellent and was one of the best hotels we stayed in, in Europe in our 8 week holiday. Great value for money and we would certainly stay here again.

Fine hotel - very convenient
Good clean hotel in a convenient location. Moments from S Bahn gives you easy access to Berlin Nearby grocery stores are convenient Quiet enough to get work done during day and to sleep well at night.

Comfortable stay in Berlin suburb
Basic fairly new comfortable hotel. Onsite parking but abit difficult to find. Staff friendly. Close to buses, trams and trains all in walking distance. It has good wifi. May feel abit offputting for some as the hotel is set back in an area wheresome development is going on. Also there are a lot of workers who use the hotel. We felt safe at all times as people friendly and did not harass you. 2 supermarket and a small mall close by.

The hotel was in a great location -- close to the airport, but with grocery stores, restaurants, shops and a bar within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were easy. My only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel is so hard to find, especially at night. The check out counter closes at 10 which is a bit of a rush if your flight is arriving at night.

Small with a unusual design. 50 minutes to an hour from Berlin city. Public transport made it easy to get around however.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was modern and had a nice shower. Included were water boiler, coffee and tea packets, several dressers and coat hanging cabinets. Beds were nice and clean. Hotel is really close to several grocery stores and a nice small shopping mall. Trains were very close too.

Fairly new hotel with an obvious attempt to maintain an environmentally friendly facility. The only downside was that the surrounding area (parking lot/main outdoor area) is still under construction that can be displeasing to the eye. All in all, cleanliness and comfort was very good.

I booked this place as I had an early morning flight from Schoenefeld and thats whats this hotel is good for (there is a direct bus to the airport from nearby bus stop). It is also pretty new and very clean. But there not many other pluses. The place is for sure overpriced- 62 euros without breakfast for one person room is definitely too much for this very basic level and claustrophobic room size. Internet was not working and the staff did nothing to fix it- just said it will be fixed the next day. The area is not great and it's far from the city centre. The windows were open before I came to my room so it was full of mosquitos. I will not stay there again and dont recommend this place. You can find much better hotels in the same price or even cheaper in Schoenefeld area.

Not as advertised. Partial money back expected.
On HOTEL.com it is advertised as having Kitchenette. But when we reached there was nothing available in the room to cook..not even microwave. It is like advertising a car but later turning out to be a car with 2 or 3 wheels. This impacted our plan and resulted in bad experience as we reached around 10.30pm but couldn't cook anything. Big drawback to our plan. Reception timing is listed as open till midnight but it was closed when we reached. Rooms were provided on different floors despite most of the rooms being vacant. Lots of construction going in neighborhood and the approach roads to City Green hotel was not pleasing. The good thing was that our room keys were placed on the reception counter with our names so it was convenient to locate in the absence of the receptionist. Seems new clean hotel construction and well maintained.

Brand New Hotel- everything New, excellent staff
Hotel has just recently opened and everything is in MINT CONDITION 😃 I might have been the first person to stay in my room. Spotless with brand new furniture and appliances. Reception was cheerful and helpful. Couldn't beat the price and very close to Schönefeld Airport to where I needed to fly out of in the morning. Don't pass this one up!

CITY GREEN Aparthotel Berlin
The CITY GREEN Aparthotel Berlin is conveniently located near the S-bahn station Grünau, with a good connection both to the Schönefeld Airport and the city center. It has an amazing price-performance ratio, especially for the Adlershof area, and features facilities that accommodate longer stays (kitchen, laundry). The hotel staff is really nice and extremely helpful. The only shortcoming to take into account is a missing WiFi connection.

Für einen Kurztrip in den Berliner Osten ideal gelegen. Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben, ebenso wie Nähe zum See (Hausboot, Strand, Beachvolleyball und vieles mehr!!!!) machen ein Wochenende mit Stadt und Erholung zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis. Danke an das Personal, was sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Dafür nochmal vielen Dank und macht weiter so!
