Basic hotel in good area

Worst 4 stars where I have stayed, room wasn't what I ordered and service wasn't good. When we arrived to the hotel, reception was not open and I talked by phone to some customer service and keys came to me by electric lock. When I asked about free parking what we had by hotels.com, they said that "I don't know about that and hang off the phone"... I tried to call again but no answer anymore. I think hotel Otto is 2stars bed&breakfeast hotel in good area.

Great for people driving into Berlin and for those traveling with a canine companion. We would stay here again. They are pet friendly (modest fee) and their parking situation is really easy to maneuver (especially for Berlin). Their VIP perks included free parking and a room upgrade!

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn für ein Wochenende in Berlin. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und es gibt kostenlose Wasserflaschen auf jedem Stockwerk. Einzig eine Klimaanlage hätte gut getan weil es morgens in unserem Zimmer sehr schnell recht heiß war, aber das Hotel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

雨でタオルが必要になった時にもすぐ出して下さったり、スタッフの方も親切でした。 水が自由にいてだけることが、何よりありがたいです。 Ｓバーンのザビニープラッツから５分くらい、空港へもえX9 でエルンストロイタープラッツで降りれば5分くらい、さらには地下鉄U2も５分弱で使えるので交通の便が最高です。 また、数年前には私の泊まった部屋にはポットがなかったのですが、今回はポットのせっともついていて、部屋でも自由にお茶が沸かして飲め、ここのラウンジでも飲めるおいしいハーブティが部屋でも飲めて、嬉しかったです。リラックスできるホテルライフでした。

スタッフの方はフレンドリーで、新設でした。 ネット予約した観劇のチケットをプリントアウトしていなかったので相談したところ、快く対応してくださいました。 冬だったので冷蔵庫がなくても何とかなりましたが夏場だとどうなのかな、という点と、暖房調節が室内でできない点、清掃サービスを要望する際は緑のウサギをドアノブにかけることが分かりづらかった点（英語力の問題ですが）が気になりました。

Et fint ophold.

Fint og rent hotel. Værelset havde en ok størrelse (vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn) Personalet på hotellet var venlige, smilende og ikke mindst servicemindede. Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Det eneste vi savnede var et lille køleskab på værelset.

2-tägige Geschäftsreise

Zentral gelegen, bei Anreise mit PKW aber dennoch sehr einfach zu erreichen. Gute Parkplatzsituation. Sehr großzügige Zimmer. Bei so viel Platz wäre ein kleiner Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten schön gewesen. Frühstück sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der U Bahn Station und der Flughafenbus hält auch dort. Es ist nicht so groß und relativ ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse und der kostenlose Kaffee und Kuchen am Nachmittag auch.
