The hosts are so kind and responsive. The location is close to two train stations so it’s quiet while also being accessible. I have no complaints except the bathrooms were difficult to shower in without completely soaking the floors. There is a squeegee provided for cleaning but we used one towel to dry the floor that never really dried completely. There were no issues with the downstairs shower at all.

Kommunikation før vi kom var fin, men desværre levede stedet ikke op til forventningerne. Vi ankom til en meget primitiv og spartansk lejlighed, der ovenikøbet var møgbeskidt. Vi valgte ikke at kontakte værten da vi kun havde få dage at opleve Berlin og ikke gad at bruge vores dyrebare tid på det.

Schönes Objekt, jedoch dreckig

Das Objekt war gut beschrieben, die Lage hat auch gepasst. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt, alles gut Jedoch war die Unterkunft ziemlich dreckig, gewischt wurde wohl seit Jahren nicht mehr. Einige Schritte durch die Unterkunft schon waren die weißen Socken (UNGELOGEN) schwarz. An den Fensterbrettern klebten Kaugummis, wahrscheinlich von vorherigen Mietern des Objekts, jedoch ist es die Aufgabe des Wirtes ein sauberes Objekt zu übergeben. An den Böden klebte hier und da komisches Zeug, die Dusche war verkalkt. Echt schade, das Objekt hat wirklich Potenzial und für den Preis wäre es auch schön gewesen wenn man Sauberkeit gehabt hätte..
